Why was my account disabled?

User accounts on Lammle.com may become disabled for any of the reasons below:

• Account Sharing Violations
  When a user account is accessed from several different IP Addresses within a short period of time, our security system may automatically deactivate the login. This is to prevent customers from sharing access to protected content which is only available to subscribers.

  Accounts are suspended when our system detects multiple IP addresses logging in to the same account, especially when the visitors appear to be located in completely different places. If you believe that your account was disabled in error, please contact us. If possible, please tell us all the platforms and places from which you are logging in to your account (iPad and Desktop PC using Safari at home, Windows PC using Internet Explorer at work). All site traffic is logged and saved so that we can analyze your account manually.
