Patrick Conlan is a skilled instructor and consultant with over 12 years experience and numerous certifications in the networking and communications industry. Marcus Bates

Marcus Bates has nearly 15 years experience in the industry, working in Wireless LAN consulting, WiMAX RF Engineering and training. As an instructor on the Cisco® Wireless LAN product line, he’s sought after by companies to troubleshoot, guide and recommend strategies for designing wireless LANs, and to answer other questions.

He has also become known as one of the resident gurus in the WLAN arena throughout the country. Marcus has also served at South Mountain Community College as an Adjunct Professor where he developed and delivered the curriculum, lesson plan and course content.
