Having problem in loading CD

Dear Mr. Todd,

Recently we purchased your book CCNA ISBN: 81-8333-029-0.
We recieved a CD with it.
Whenever we want to load it into our Laptop, our m/c is going for re-starting w/o the contents of CD getting loaded.
Where could be the problem?
IN Laptop?
In us? "us" means we at our end & does not include you; the process of loading?
or in CD?

You could try contacting the publisher and get the CD replaced.

I checked with Sybex and you can go to sybex.custhelp.com and request a new CD. You will probably have to send the bad/old one first.
