in Room Video

So I got this issue at work. I am running CCM 4.1.3 and my upper management wants to use the training room to make conference calls to other branch offices. thats fine but they want video too. so I thought i could bring an A/V company in and set up some cameras and mics and speakers. along with a fancy touch screen controller but how would i tie it all together so that the end user can make the call from the fancy touch screen controller and use the room kinda like a big phone(i.e. speakers and mics)

i have heard talk of a MCU server or codec server but kinda lost. is that like Cisco CUBE??

help me out. Whatare you guys using for " in Room Video" systems ?
