Hi All,

I passed my CCNA exam today. Thanks to Mr.Lammle for a well written book! Your humor and presentation make it easy to keep going! ;)

I would like to get started with the CCNP exam now. I was hoping to start with BSCI. Could you please recommend any good reading material? I have shortlisted available books/self-study guides from other posts and on the internet (as i realised, not a whole lot of them for this exam).

Someone here mentioned that Mr.Lammle was set to come out with a CCNP book. I was unable to find it on Amazon or elsewhere.Is it out yet?

Pat (who teaches CCNP at Todds place) has a awesome new CCNP book coming out any day now!
It's going to be the size of the manual for the space shuttle, as it has the whole CCNP course in it.

Todd will be able to give us some more info.

once u get the book, you got to tell me how good it is.. im sure its well written..

compare it to the cisco press books.. if its similar to the CCNA, then the sybex wins hands down..

I will be reading each exam one by one, at the same time i study for them.
Its great timing for me as my new lab will be done next week, and i will be going for it.
Going to be be "racking" some real serious hours.

Hi Todd,

I am a big fan of yours. I passed CCNA last week and thanked you for giving us such a great book on forums I used to look for CCNA exam updates namely examcollection and cert collection.

I am pursuing CCIP and currently studying Routing and seriously having problems understanding. Because now I am so used to of your writing.

Now my first question is the above book your mentioned is not written by you or i was unable to see your name anywhere on it?

Second, are you going to write on MPLS and BGP as well? if yes, approx when they will come out?
