It seems that the labs of chapter 6 should happen before that of chapter 5. At least using the virtual lab platinum edition. The configuration of the router's addresses, etc. is done in chapter 6. Once that is done, tftp backup/cdp/etc. exercises in chapter 5 would actually work. :)
