Is Electronic Journaling equal to Electronic vaulting?

In AIO page 725 Note: Electronic journaling takes place in batches and moves the entire file that has been updated. Question

Maybe there is a mix up between different terms :
- electronic journal = a digital journal
- electronic journalizing (logs) = records of events of a system (user actions, ...)
- electronic vaulting = digital strong-room

Can you write the all sentence to better understand the context of use ?

EDIT : it seems that journaling is one type of electronic vaulting. Others are online tape and database shadowing. [source : ISC² Official Guide]
