If you know the answer, how do you not know how you got it? Or are you saying you have been told the answer?

Hi Todd,

i have read your book for all 14 chapters, The other chapters at least 85% i can nail in mind. Now i reread the chapter 3 about 5 times already. But there i am still stuck, .. from p111 through p135 i can get in mind. But for p137 through p149 was where i am very weak. Sorry i am maybe worst in subneting. what are good idea to find there answer for those question as above

you have to nail this before you try your exam.

You might want to read other books, other sources. It's good to read from multiple sources.

However, with that said, the answer lies in block sizes.

If you need fourteen hosts, you need a block size of 16, which is a /28
if you need twenty five hosts, you need a block size of 32, which is a /27

once you nail block sizes, this is somewhat simple, really.

Study your block sizes.
Cheers!

You can use Boson sims or measure up for test prep as they are what would classed a legit.

BTW, please do not take any offence to the picture i edited, it was not pointed at you but at the company who make them.

If Cisco got of it's ass and made something like a pre test sim, just to help with time managment and get you use to the format. They would help all.
My two cents (which at todays exchange rate to GBP is weak...LOL)
