broadcast issue

hello

say my router interface ip is 192.168.0.1/28 and
subnet 192.168.0.0/28 valid hosts are .1 to .14
broadcast is 192.168.0.15

so what is the difference between 255.255.255.255 and 192.168.0.15.

255.255.255.255 all networks hosts, 192.168.0.15 - only to those on the 0 subnet
