There is an error in the 5th edition on pg 719.
It states that WEP stands for Wired Equivalency Protocol

It should be Wired Equivalent Privacy

Yes, you are correct.
That term seems like it's been around forever and it's been only about 10 years or less, but I still seem to say something different everytime I write it out.
