Since a static route by default has an administrative distance of 1, would the answer not be:

ip route 172.16.10.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.20.1 150

to make the adminitrative distance of 150?

Yes, that is a typo....should be 150 at the end.

Good catch....I just put that in there to see if anyone would catch it!! :p
