I am so much confused about the answer and explanation provided by one of the dumps i am using ... Can u please help me out.

The answer says D. My answer is A coz two factor auth means PIN and CARD so it must be technical. But answer is D

And explanation also tells that .... so what is correct here

I think there have been lots of posts on the forums warning about the quality of dumps - beware !
I would pick A for this one. The explaination points to A, though the answer is marked D.
