Who is responsible for the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of data in the organisation ?
Senior management or data owners.

Owners are assigned to be responsible for protecting the data by following policies, assigning labels, doing classifications, etc, but ultimately Sr Mgmt is responsible.
