hello lammle:
i'm a newcomer in ccna and when i read ur book at chapter 4 i try to login www.cisco.com (http://www.cisco.com) and download sdm as what you have written in the book. bt finnally i failed...lucklly, i get sdm v2.41.
so could you give me some suggest,i want to down load sdm demo

This product (SDM Demo) was really easy when I wrote my book. Donwloaded, installed, worked. However, it is just not like that anymore.

Make sure you have a CCO login. Once you login, downlowding is easy.

After that, please read all the strings in this forum to help you fix all the issues.

I am sure we cover them all here. whew...
