Where can I get the program if I am not a Cisco Network Academy user?

You cannot.
You can use GNS3, which is another free emulator, but you must have the IOS's to use. Those are not free.

You can buy a simulator from Cisco, just go to there learning @ Cisco site, or there are a few other companies that sell simulators.

You can download some Cisco IOS as long as you have CCO account at Cisco. Ok they are not the latest and greatest but they are free.

I have a partner account. So I have access to the IOS. I have been playing around with GNS3. Thanks guys.
