The results of a test of the disaster recovery plan conducted at a warm site notes that clients were unable to log on to the restored online systems as there were insufficient data lines connecting the client premises to the recovery site. The MOST likely conclusion that can be drawn is that:

A. The use of a warm site is inappropriate.
B. The impact of a potential disaster was not fully analyzed.
C. The clients were not sufficiently involved in plan development.
D. The external communications service providers were not involved in the test.

Agree with you. This is a cccure quiz qn 689. It says C is the correct answer.
How could someone possible involve clients in a plan development? Involving the external provider makes sense to test the plan is case of emergency, to assure that all works.
