Howdy,

On page 220 you discuss the clear counters command. I am not able to tell exactly what this does or the context in which I would use it. I'm just not tracking with it I guess. Thanks!

Hello,
it is very useful while checking a new serial line or troubleshoot a broken link with an engineer from the carrier.
