I am studying for the exam and would like to know if partial commands / using tab to complete commands, and the "?" will work on the actual test.

I have had several people (none of which have passed the CCNA recently) tell me that no, none of those will work. I have also had others tell me that yes, using "?" and partial commands will work on the exam.

Which is it? I saw a post on this forum that dates back to 2009 saying that you could use them on the exam. Can anyone verify this ? Has this changed since then?

Thanks!

100% the tab and ? work on the exam.
People who say otherwise are wrong.

I just passed month ago and the simulator is not good experience.
It won't work the "?" neither the tab.

Additional, when I was trying to configuring one routing EIGR routing lab one of the option connection by console was not working.

So, my suggestion try to find out a exam simulator and learn pretty well the syntax command without spelling errors, otherwise you will be wasting precious time.

I hit 845 because, I skipped one question due to the failure on the console connection, so be aware.

Cheers,

Mate - i am not sure what is going here but io have sat 10 Cisco exams and each time the tab and ? have worked. It maybe worth contacting Cisco as something is clearly wrong here - hence you had a issue with a lab.
