Hello,

Question 10 on page 548 of the 7th edition.

Q : What Cisco 802.1d extension stops BPDU from being transmitted out a port.
A : According to page 556 is PortFast.

Erm not to confident on this. I answered BPDUFilter for this. Quote from page 535 "you can use BPDUFilter to complete stop BPDUs from coming to or going from that port."

Granted PortFast removes the port from the STP process, but does it also stop BPDU's from being transmitted. Or is this a possible question where both answers are valid but in different situations. Or maybe im getting the wrong end of the stick?

I agree, and was about to report the same error.

This does not seem to have made it into the errata, however.
