I noticed that the figure 6.9 and Figure 7.3 have the same error.
That makes the routing tables and configs all wrong concerning interface s0/0/0 and s0/0/1 if you go by the Figure. A simple change needs to be made to BOTH figures to fix the issue.
Mr. Lammle agreed w/ my last post about Chapter6 figure 6.9. The same Figure is in Chapter 7 - Pg. 427 and needs the same change.
Just change the IP address for s0/0/0 to 10.1.2.0 and s0/0/1 to 10.1.3.0.
That will fix BOTH issues. :D
I hate posting errors like this, but it will confuse the hell out of you if you config a router while reading along.
Thanks to Mr. Lammle for earlier promptly addressing the issue.
