Does anyone have any thoughts on this scenario:
An ASA appears to go AWOL for a few hours overnight. All VPN connections are dropped and the ASA cannot be reached on either its inside or outside interfaces.
Syslog is set up to an external server and shows no messages relating to power down/power up. It's simply missing any logs between the hours it was down, and then carries on like nothing happened.
Problem with the hardware? Any external factors to consider?
