I remember reading about when employees transfer from one area to another and mistakenly retain a higher level of access than their new job function requires. Throughout their careers, their access profile keeps increasing due to improper account maintenance. There was a specific term for this but I can't remember what it was called and I can't locate it in my textbooks. Does anyone know this term?
