if you have the following ip addresses, isn't the interesting octet the 3rd octet?
and wouldn't the summarized route be 1.1.0.0 255.255.248.0? or 1.1.0.0 0.0.7.255?

1.1.135.174

Chapter 13 quest 14 states the block size is 64, I say it's 8...am i wrong?

Patrick you got the /21 correct but the address is 1.1.128.0/21

x.x.10000010.10110010
x.x.10000001.10101110
x.x.10000010.01100101
x.x.10000110.10101001
x.x.10000111.10101110

which leaves you with the summerized range of 1.1.128.0 - 1.1.135.254, using your block size of 8

of course, im making some assumptions about the mask information that was not supplied.
