Help for Understanding the Con figuration Registration Bits

Hi All
I having problem in understanding the matter in Table5.2 in Chapter 5 under Understanding the Configuration Registration Bits.

I could not get the matter in Table 5.2 that is How the Configuration Register Numbers co-relate with the Bit Numbers and the Binary Numvers

I have A query about the study method regarding Table 5.3 of the same chapter.

Do we have to remember the values in the Table 5.3 or it is just for out notings and later to be reffered?

Yes there are side noting, but its good to know. You actually wont get tested on this for the exam, but you do need to know how configuration registion number boots the cisco device for real world scenarios
