we have a VPN 3005 concentrator. many users experience a problem when using wireless connections. When their wireless connection is dropped, the users are not logged out of the VPN concentrator. This also happens if a user does not 'gracefully' logout.
we prevent users from having more than one connection and our idle timeout is set to 20 minutes.
Is there anything to fix this problem of having the users account logged into the concentrator besides having them wait 20 minutes?
