Review Questions N10-005 Ch 5 #7

Which of the following devices can operate at both Layers 2 and 3 of the OSI model?

A-Hub
B-Switch
C-Multi-Layer Switch
D-Bridge

Answer key gives B, I felt it should be C. In the text you indicate switches operate at Layer 2 but a multi-layer switch can operate at layers 2 and 3.

Thoughts?
