CCNA Review Question CH.5

Hello! I am studying for the CCNA exam and as i ran through the review questions in chapter 5 in the book i think i found a review question that needs refinement! It's the question 18 (the Hawaii) question!! It is recommended as the right answer the E one but that stands only if you are already in Hawaii (because that command shows the details from the devices directly attached to ours,right?!) or if you telnet first to that specific router and then type that specific command.Otherwise i believe answer B is correct or none of them!! Please give me a hand 'cause i'm a little confused and sometimes it is inconvenient to trust some information!! Thank you.
