Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 172.22.12.102, timeout is 2 seconds: !!!!! Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 16/23/28 ms So unless your saying something else I dont think your correct in that you cannot use exit interface if you remove proxy arp. Respectfully, Brian W Catlin P.S. on the topology I created in GNS3 for this test I had PC1 - R1 - R2 - PC2 I was pinging from PC1 and R1 to PC2 had to have static route setup or it wont work and I changed static route on R1 to use exit interface. Here is link to picture of my topology I used to test: http://tinypic.com/r/6itj6r/6 Last edited by wilder7bc; 07-08-2012 at 01:16 AM. |
