Network+ prepares your for CCENT, CCENT prepares you for CCNA.
Yes there is some overlap with Net+ and CCENT, but after the initial 'this i a router, this is a switch' , CCENT is focussed purely on Cisco configurations. If you have CCENT, I would say you don't need Net+.
