Ok I was currious as I did not see what was wrong with just reading your post.

"You should see that my FastEthernet is 10.1.5.2, not the 10.1.5.1 that is in my OSPF configuration. Remember, in your network statements
always type in your directly connected interfaces or networks, not the remote router’s networks. Here’s how I’ll fix it and then we should be up:
R3(config)#router ospf 1
R3(config-router)#no network 10.1.5.1 0.0.0.0 area 0
R3(config-router)#network 10.1.5.2 0.0.0.0 area 0"

After I read the question I caught the issue.

No question is a dumb question in my opinion or I would be a considered a very dumb person at this stage in my life.

HOwever, lol... Please give enough information so that others can figure out the issue if possible. Page number, and copy and paste if not to much information that makes it alot faster for us to figure out the answer, or for currious people like me to figure out whats going on. I was looking at this post at first going whats wrong I dont see anything wrong lol because there was not enough information in the post to get started with trouble shooting it!
