i dont know if its like any other router, but try it...
when it boots press the break key to go into rommon mode, and change the config register to 0x2142, then you can bypass the pass, change the pass, and then set it back to 0x2102 . but try searching on cisco website. again this is a general way, there might be a specific way for the MC3800 series
