Default how to configure security on Dot11Radio0 interface on cisco 871W router

Hello everyone

I'm presently using the example in the book on configuring the 871W but am wondering how to add security and not having open authentication.
I just finished configuring a cisco 871W router and have the Wireless also up and working but am unable to figure out how to configure the Dot11Radio0 interface for security. At the moment it's wide open so anyone can basically access it. If possible i would like to get either some kind of example, explanation or step by step in order to be able to secure the Wireless interface.
I will add the file in router for you to see the configurations i have on there now.
I followed the steps in the CCNA book on how to configure the 871W but am at a loss on how to configure the security.

This is basically what is configured for the wireless:
!
dot11 syslog
!
dot11 ssid R3WLAN
authentication open
guest-mode
infrastructure-ssid

interface Dot11Radio0
ip address 10.1.12.1 255.255.255.0
ip nat inside
ip virtual-reassembly
!
ssid R3WLAN
!
speed basic-1.0 basic-2.0 basic-5.5 6.0 9.0 basic-11.0 12.0 18.0 24.0 36.0 48.0
54.0
station-role root
!

Again like i mentionned i will attach a file with complete configs for easier understanding.

Thanks for any help with this issue.

Hello,
a short search with google for "cisco 871w wpa wireless configuration host:cisco.com" found <http://www.cisco.com/en/US/solutions...11-492842.html>.

OK, I searched for WPA because I know that it is better than WEP. :-)

HTH!
Bye, Tore
