In order of difficulty, I'd say Net+ < CCENT < CCNA
I started with Net+ and found CCENT was a good way to start learning 'the Cisco way', as it began with a bit of overlap from Net+. If CCENT looks a bit challenging now, go for the Net+ first as it will help you understand the underlying concepts, and as it's obviously not Cisco specific, it's a great foundation cert. Check out the CompTIA website for the latest Net+ blueprint.
