Default Severe save bug with 640-802 Deluxe Edition (Virtual lab platinum)

There is a severe bug with the Virtual lab platinum edition. Any time you try to save the lab environment and close the program, the file is completely useless. All one needs to try is to open up the "Standard Labs.rsm" file, make a change, and then save/exit the program. When you reopen the program, and reload the .rsm file, the lab space is COMPLETELY BLANK. Inspection of the .rsm file in a text editor shows that everything is gone as well....

I've tried this on two different windows XP systems with the same results. I'm really disappointed in this product - and right now I'm not sure why I paid extra for it. It's totally unacceptable to expect for one to go through the entire book's lab without ever saving and exiting the program.

What's going on? Didn't anyone test this program?
