BGP exam study material

Hello,

I have noticed that some of the people here wrote about their BGP exam experiences.
I want to ask you what were the books/video/labs that you used.
I saw the post on sadikhov forum in the CCIP section that recommended:

Actually my problem is not the theory material (books and video), I am more interested to find what LAB resources did you used. The Lab Guide from Cisco seems to be quite old material and very hard to follow (especially the topologies and the diagrams). Also I mention that I want to use for lab preparation an Dynamips/GNS3 environment.
