6th Edition - Page 437 Redistribution of static route

Hi there,

could anybody explain how the missing subnet (10.1.3.0) could find the way back in the routing-tables?

1. The static-entry with permanent-option keeps it alive in the routing-table of R3
2. ...?

But how goes this on? There's no redistribution configured for static-routing, only for translation RIP<->EIGRP.
"...and it's doing that because we deployed our redistribution command." <- this is confusing me.
