In the example commands shown at the top of page 438 it is implied that you are lowering the bandwidth and raising the delay.
However since the bandwidth command takes Kbits per second as a value, I think that the commands are in fact increasing the bandwidth (1544Kbps -> 256000Kbps). Unless I am mistaken the commands should have been "bandwidth 256" and not "bandwidth 256000". Regards.
