- Introduction By subscribing to the services of our Online Learning Website (henceforth “the Service”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.
- Subscription & Payment You agree to pay all fees for the Service at the rates applicable to your subscription type, either monthly or annually, in advance. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotional Offers Occasionally, we may offer promotional subscription deals which include an additional period of access for free (for instance, buy one month or year, get one free, or BOGO). These offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the promotional offer and are only available to customers who maintain their subscription for the initial term. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the first term, the promotional offer becomes void and access to the Service will be terminated at the end of the paid period.
- Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of your current term. We will not refund any subscription fees already paid.
- Changes to Subscription and Pricing We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
- Access and Usage Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell or transfer your subscription or allow third parties to access the content or services through your account.
- Content All intellectual property rights to the Service and its content belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a right to use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Amendments We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Governing Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of our operating country. All disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of our operating country.

User accounts for participation in the Lammle.com community via the blog are free, but we do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.
Although the administrators and moderators of Lammle Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the message author, and the owners of Lammle.com will not be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The owners of Lammle.com reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any blog comment for any reason.
Please also note that user accounts may not be shared. Because our site includes paid content, and free user accounts are managed by the same system, accounts which are accessed from multiple IP’s within a short period of time are subject to automatic suspension… even if the account currently only provides free access to the blog.
